How to bandpass filter

This video shows how to filter frequencies out of the GPR data using a bandpass filter. See how to set the low and high pass limits based on the frequency spectrum and filter out noise in the data.

In this video, we will see how to apply a bandpass filter. Go to process in the right panel and under processing click on the plus symbol next to filters. Click on the bandpass filter and then select an A-scan by clicking at the desired location in a Bscan view. The frequency spectrum of this A-scan will be shown on the right under the bandpass filter item. To set the frequency range you want to keep, you can directly set the low and the high cutoff frequencies or select this by adjusting the two vertical magenta lines. Once you have set the range click on the Apply button. To see the effect, we have to select this filter from the list at the bottom of a B-scan. The noise that we see at the top window before filtering has now been reduced.
